Military Discount For Disneyland Resort/Walt Disney World

The Disneyland Resort recently announced a new U.S. Military discount for active and retired U.S. Military personnel and their families.  A 3-Day Park Hopper Military Promotional Ticket for $99.00, regularly $206.00 at the park.  This ticket is valid through September 28, 2011.  They are also offering 40% off regular room rates at the three Disney-owned hotels.  Military identification is required at check-in for confirmation.

Tickets can be purchased at any U.S. Military sales outlet for themselves and up to 5 additional family members or friends and the eligible member of the military (or spouse) must be present.  All six tickets must be purchased at the same time.

The tickets can not be used during the following blockout dates:  December 24, 2010 - January 1, 2011, February 18 - 21, 2011, April 17 - 23, 2011, and July 1 - 4, 2011.  

A similar option is available for Walt Disney World and it includes 4-Day Park Hopper tickets with three different options.
